Reposted as my original disappeared. I have never owned a Rolls Royce, but if ever I do I will call it Arnold, or, more likely, Lizzie. Arnold Funeral Service worked flawlessly as a team headed up by the amazing and totally wonderful Lizzie from the Beaconsfield office. Right from the first time we, dad and two daughters, met her to discuss funeral arrangements for a much loved wife and mother we knew we were in excellent hands. It wasn’t just the ocean of sympathy and understanding, nor the patience and the time she spent with us. Nor the practical advice sensitively given. It wasn’t the pledge to take the difficult work of coordinating the coroners office, the church, cars, pall bearers, florists, card printers, graveyards and grave diggers and local authorities. It was all of the above, and much much more, because she cared about us, and knew we wanted the best for the deceased, Barbara Leake, which she delivered perfectly. Even when she became unavailable for a few days others from Team Arnold stepped in and showed what a great group of people they are and that they could be totally relied upon. Somehow this remarkable lady did so much for us that she made what was, inevitably, a sad day, one to remember with happy memories. I have no hesitation or reservation in recommending Arnold Funeral Service, and when my time comes I know they take care of me as well as they did Barbara.

I would highly recommend Arnold Funeral Service. They are very professional and clearly have many years of experience. They advised me and my family of the options available in a very sensitive way. Sadly we had to use Arnold’s Funeral Services in Beaconsfield twice in 6 months and on the second occasion had no doubts that we would want anyone else handling everything after how they handled the first funeral for Sandy. Her husband at the time was 87, old school and built up such a rapport with Lizzie who guided him through everything making it so easy and handled his wife with great care and compassion which he very much appreciated and in actual fact told Lizzie well I expect you’ll be seeing me soon but I won’t see you. He wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to have then dealt with him so it obviously was over to Arnold’s again to look after Freddie. Lizzie was wonderful from start to finish and made it so much easier at such a sad time. Nothing was too much trouble and the day of the funeral the drivers were extremely professional and caring and Lizzie and Lisa the celebrant gave Freddie the funeral his family and friends wanted On both occasions Arnolds were brilliant and we will always use them in the future, Lizzie is an angel Should also have mentioned how I received a phone call from Lizzie asking if we had lost any items of jewellery, I had indeed lost a gold heart necklace and the driver Darrin had handed in straight in to her, very grateful to him and his honesty

Having recently lost our son, we needed some TLC….little did we know that at the end of the phone at Arnold’s in Beaconsfield was Lizzie…She was so careing, gentle and kind. She made what was an awful and very emotional time bearable. She went above and beyond,so kind and thoughtful for not only us but for our grandchildren also….I don’t know how we could have done it without her…

Truly the worst experience, at such a sad time our lives ....this establishment caused more painful. The staff were unhelpful, insensitive, called my dad " oh the name job" .... please go elsewhere ,anywhere but here

Lizzie at Arnold Funeral Service is an absolute angel. From the moment we walked through the door we knew we had arrived at the right place. She was the ultimate professional that we required to get us through an unhappy period in our lives.
